With Pilates, we offer full-body conditioning training that focuses on alignment, breathing and strengthening of the deep muscles.
Regular training improves your posture, your relationship to the body, allows your joints and muscles to gain flexibility, and helps you recover from injuries.
You feel more upright, stronger and livelier - simply more natural.

In addition to our regular Pilates program, we also offer training units for women before and after childbirth. Abdominal, back and pelvic floor muscles that have previously been heavily stressed are trained. The stability of the lower back and pelvis is promoted and the straight abdominal muscles are brought together again. So you are strengthened for the new everyday life.
